  • Estonia: Always free.

  • EU: €5 flat fee, free for orders above €35.

  • International: €17 flat fee, free for orders above €65.

Q: How long does delivery take?

  • Estonia: 2–4 business days

  • EU: 5–9 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days (depending on location & customs)

Q: Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! Every order includes a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.


3. Returns & Refunds

We offer 30-day free returns for unused, unwashed items in their original packaging.

Q: How do I start a return?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
